Impressions Assisi Retreat in words and images
The retreat in Assisi was a wonderful in-depth experience. A destination full of wisdom, love and light. Indah has shown me these three wisdoms of life within myself.
I still feel profound love deep inside me after the retreat.
On the pilgrim paths around Assisi I felt connected to the past with every footstep. Nature, culture and spirituality all merged together during our walks and took me right back to my core. It is remarkable that, following the footsteps of St. Francis and Chiara even now, some 800 years later, can still inspire to take new steps into the future. I found the stay in the simple monastery completely in line with the content of this retreat.
Assisi … a retreat in beautiful surroundings with a nice group of people. We sleep and eat in a beautiful and atmospheric monastery. The places that we visit come alive through Indah’s stories and instructions. The presence of Chiara and St. Francis can be felt everywhere and takes on a deeper meaning through the meditations, personal assignments and guidance from Indah. A week full of inner movement and new insights. Not always easy, but deepening, healing and just a lovely present to yourself.
Thank you so much Indah.
Special places, beautiful walks and stories, great energy and lovely food in a friendly, quiet monastery with a beautiful roof terrace! I have come a little closer to myself and have gained great experiences and a lot of new insights! I would go again in a heartbeat …
I had a wonderful retreat in the monastery in Assisi. We took walks and were in silence. Indah is honest and attuned, and she leads the retreat with infinite care, lots of love and lightness. I gained great insights. I have come a step closer to my true self.
I have experienced the meditation retreat in Assisi as very special. The way in which Indah set up the retreat and its location ensured that completely new insights emerged to which I can connect concrete action. The monastery garden with its panoramic view was an oasis of peace, while the liveliness of the sanctuaries made it feel very natural to meditate in these places: you are like a pilgrim looking for insights so that you are better aware which path to walk in life.
